Carrara (Italy). This is a very high-quality, delicate marble. Paonazzetto Marble has a white and pale yellow background and veins that vary in colour from green to violet and black. Its availability is limited. It is fine-grained and is extracted in blocks measuring approx 2.50x1.50x1.50m. It is used only for interiors and is ideal for polished surfaces.
