Two Open-air Quarries, situated on the slopes of the Apuan Alps, operative all year round. Precious marble such as calacatta, paonazzo and paonazzetto is extracted here, as well as the classic Carrara marble.
Our selection of samples indicates all types of marble available in blocks, slabs and tiles at the Avenza-Carrara factory. They are the commercial specialty of SA.GE.VAN. MARMI, along with the production of slabs.
Sa.Ge.Van. Marmi specialises in the production of slabs obtained from the typical white and “coloured” marble of the A-102 Calocara quarry in Carrara: marble of highly ornamental quality such as Statuario Venato, Calacatta, Paonazzo and Paonazzetto as well as marble of excellent technical and aesthetic quality such as Statuarietto, Venatino, Bardiglio and Carrara White Marble.
